Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, you may request a refund (or exchange) of Products within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • the Product is unused, in original packaging, in resalable condition (unless the Product is defective);
  • you provide Proof of Purchase;
  • you follow the return procedure set out below.

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if the Product:

  • is in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, packaging;
  • has not been opened or used (unless the return is for a defect);
  • is accompanied by all parts and documentation.

Return Process

To initiate a return you must:

  • contact us within the refund window on support@censepower.com or +234 707 155 9039
  • provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return;
  • obtain our return authorisation and follow the instructions we provide;
  • you bear the cost of shipping the Product back to us
  • We will inspect the returned Product and notify you of its status.

Refund Processing

If your return is accepted:

  • We will refund the purchase price via the original payment method
  • Refunds will generally be processed within [e.g., 7-14 business days] of our acceptance of the return;
  • Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
